Service Guidelines
By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring Restoration Power LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Restoration Power provides electrical services for custom homes, renovations, and EV installations. By hiring us, you agree to these clear terms regarding our professional relationship. Estimates provided are valid for 30 days and reflect the anticipated scope of work. Any modifications or unforeseen electrical issues discovered during the project will require a signed change order and adjusted pricing. Our mission is to deliver high-quality electrical solutions while maintaining clear expectations and mutual respect for safety, schedules, and professional labor standards throughout the entire construction process.
Payments, Deadlines and Operations
Full payment is required upon project completion unless specific milestones are established in your contract. Late payments will incur monthly interest fees of 1.5%. Restoration Power provides a limited two-year warranty on workmanship and a two-year warranty on company-provided materials; however, we do not warrant materials provided by third parties or client-purchased fixtures. Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the property and securing necessary work permits unless otherwise specified in writing. We prioritize safety and reserve the right to pause work if site conditions are hazardous. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or external contractors. Clients may cancel services with written notice, provided they compensate for all completed labor and purchased materials up to that date. Our total liability is limited to the contract value of the project. You agree to indemnify Restoration Power against claims arising from your failure to fulfill customer responsibilities or provide accurate site information. All intellectual property, including custom circuit designs or specialized plans created by us, remains our specific property.
